Summary:
Request for resumes, job applications, performance reviews and financial disclosures for certain named OCFO employees. There is an insufficient privacy interest in the qualifications of a government employee, but there is a sufficient interest in personal identifying information thereon and in performance reviews and financial disclosures, not outweighed by the public interest in disclosure.
