(WASHINGTON, DC) – Today, Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED) announced developer teams for Parcel 42 and Crummell School, the District’s first two OurRFP projects. OurRFP is Mayor Muriel Bowser’s initiative that incorporates community feedback early in the request for proposals (RFP) process, ensuring that District residents have a voice on development in their neighborhoods.
“The successful OurRFP process ensure that Parcel 42 and Crummell School will be thoughtfully developed and reflect these neighborhood’s interests and needs,” said Mayor Muriel Bowser. “Ultimately, the selected proposals will expand our shared priorities as a District: affordable housing, small business growth and job opportunities that generate revenues we can invest back into these neighborhoods.”Your feedback is important to us. We use it to improve this website and District services, and it's always anonymous.
