YogaFest

FITDC is celebrating yoga around the world on August 29, from 10 am to noon, at Reservoir Park Recreation Center. 

Yoga Fest brings together diverse practices, traditions, and teachers to showcase the many ways movement and mindfulness are shared globally. From dynamic flows to restorative sessions and cultural experiences, the festival highlights the richness of wellness across communities.
