In celebration of the nation’s Black Business Month, the Department of Insurance, Securities and Banking (DISB) will empower and educate residents on financial matters and promote financing for District small businesses through the Black in Business: Positioned to Profit Event. The target audience includes aspiring and existing business owners looking to obtain the resources necessary to start and grow their companies.
